We are hiring for various roles, all with the possibility to advance.

  • Helper

     We are looking for a motivated employee. Must have a valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record. No experience necessary. We provide on-the-job training. STARTING pay for a helper is $15.00 an hour, experienced candidate pay is negotiable. Candidate will be responsible for fabricating custom ductwork out of metal and installing ductwork; assisting lead installers; installing, repairing, replacing, and maintaining HVAC systems for homes and businesses. The candidate must have good communication skills and excellent customer service skills. We are proud to offer paid holidays and vacation days. Medical, dental, and vision insurance is available.   • Leader Installer

    Duties:
    – Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
    – Design and install new HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
    – Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure proper installation and repair
    – Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
    – Fabricate and install custom ductwork out of metal

    Experience:
    – Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
    – Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
    – Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and their components
    – Ability to design and plumb HVAC systems according to building specifications

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour, depending on experience
    Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Technician

    Duties:

  • Project Manager

    We’re looking for someone with a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
    Responsibilities:
    – Oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
    – Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    – Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical expertise as needed.
    – Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
    – Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project, maintaining open communication with all stakeholders.
    – Stay up-to-date on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions.
